▶About ordering
After placing your order on our online shop, we will send you an order confirmation email or text message to the email address or mobile phone number you specify.

▶About shipping charges
Flat rate across all states, regardless of order quantity: Rs. 1300 + GST ​​18% = Rs. 1534.

▶About payment Please confirm your order details and pay via UPI.
Please note that if payment is not received within one week, your order will be cancelled.

▶Delivery After receiving your order and confirming your payment, your order will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 business days, excluding Sundays.
*No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

▶About cancellations Before payment: Cancellations of orders due to customer convenience will be accepted up until 11:59pm on the day of the order (the day the order is sent from this website to our company).
If you wish to cancel, please contact us by email via Contact Us .

After payment: Cancellation is not possible.

▶Regarding returns, exchanges and refunds We will not accept returns due to customer convenience.

However, the following are exceptions.
■ In case of delivery of damaged or incorrect products

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the delivered product is different from the product you ordered or is damaged, we will exchange the product or refund the amount you paid, provided that you contact us by email (listed in the "Order Confirmation Email") within 8 days of receiving the product. We will cover the return shipping costs.
In the following cases, we will not accept any claims, including returns, even if the product is damaged.

① Products for which we have not received any notice regarding damage or soiling within 8 days of receiving the product. ② Returns from anyone other than the customer who placed the order.

As soon as we receive the returned items from you, the department in charge will begin the refund process.
Depending on the return processing status of our returns department, it may take 7 to 14 business days for your refund to be completed after you return the product. We will notify you by email once processing is complete. If you paid by credit card, it may take longer depending on the credit card company's policy. Please note that no interest will be charged on the amount refunded.
