We have just received "Classic Darjeeling" tea leaves to brighten up your daily tea time.
It has a deep sweetness and is suitable for hot tea, iced tea, lemon tea, and cold brewed black tea.
Makaibari Tea Estate has been practicing organic farming in all of its tea fields for over 40 years.
One-third of the site, which is 525 times the size of the Tokyo Dome, is used as tea fields, and two-thirds remains as virgin forest.
Not only is it a place of conservation, but it is also the world's first tea plantation to practice organic farming. In 2003, it set a new world record at the Kolkata Tea Auction, a price that has yet to be surpassed, making it a legendary tea plantation known around the world.
Indian Prime Minister Modi presented Queen Elizabeth with tea from Makaibari Tea Estate as a souvenir from India.
