The second spring shipment from Makaibari Tea Estate. This lot was picked two weeks after the first harvest, Beni DJ-1 (picked on March 27th).
The spring-picked first flush we are offering this time is a special lot called "Ex," made exclusively for HAPPY HUNTER from a special plot. Enjoy the light green flavor reminiscent of young grass and bamboo, unique to spring-picked grapes, with a subtle sweetness reminiscent of apricot.
There is no impurity in the tea, and it is clear that it was carefully picked and processed.
Only Makaibari Tea Estate could create such a masterpiece despite the bad weather in the spring of 2025.
